Reasons why the Montreal Canadiens will be a better team.

One day your just an ordinary monkey. The next day you're a super star and you go on a one year binge. I'm back. Broke, sick, dirty and partially insane. Nothing's changed.

I had time to reflect on a few things. Why will Montreal be a better team?
Here are a few of the reasons I have compiled.

1- Scott Gomez: He is here to protect the team from Jacques Martin like he did for the Devils when Julien was there. Dont frak up Mr. Martin, Gomez is watching you. He will also prevent the team from overspending on an other player. It's a lot better to know you are overspending ahead of time.

2- Hal Gill: ?????

3- The centennial is over by mid season.

4- The team cleaned house: They had problems with the discipline of their young guns. So they got rid of all the veterans.

5- Hal Gill: He's named after a sci-fi computer.

6- Half the team is gone: but Halak is still here. There was money to be made on this.

7- Latenderness: Worked on his skating again.

8- Sundin is still available.

9- Travis mother fraking Moen. He had an off year but he'll bounce back.

10- Gionta: He had one great season 3 years ago. He'll bounce back.

11- Gomez: He had one great season 3 years ago. Had an off year last season. He'll bounce back.

12- Carey Price: He'll bounce back.

14- Plekanec: He'll bounce back.

15- The Kostitsyn's: They'll bounce back.

I'm a super star!

Open letter to Mats Sundin

Hello Mats,

Can I call you Mats? I hope this doesn't offend you. The last thing I would want is to be responsible for you not signing with Montreal. I'm writing this in the hope it can help you take your decision.

I've heard rumours that your first choice could be the New York Rangers. How could this be? It's a well known fact that this organization hates orphans and puppies. On the one side you have a loving and caring organization like Montreal that saves puppies and orphans all the time. On the other side you have an organization that stands for evil and everything that's wrong in this world.

I would think that if you are the decent and good person I know you to be, you will chose Montreal.

It's really important you take your decision soon. Life in Montreal is at a stand still. The streets are deserted and people are running out of food. Normal life will only resume once your decision is taken.

Please Mats. Go with your conscience and take the right decision but just don't forget the orphans and puppies.
